By appointment only, same day appointments may be available.
Confirmations will be done by email for those with one on file and by phone for those who prefer a call or text. Emails will be sent out at least one day prior to the appointment. Confirmations are made by the online scheduling company, PLEASE DO NOT reply to these confirmations to update your appointment- contact STA directly.

Cancelation Policy
  I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. After 3 late cancelations you will be charged 50% of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” After 3 missed appointments a credit card will be placed on file to continue booking appointments. 50% of the service charge will be applied to missed future appointments.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive,  it will then be determined if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session (for facial appointments only).
Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you are running late please call to inform me and to adjust your appointment.
Payment options
Skin Therapy Aesthetics accepts cash, check, and credit cards. Credit card transactions are approved for service totals over $25 only.
